Smoking policy: Smoking permitted outside on balconies and patios, including those at restaurants and retail outlets. Guest who smoke inside the unit are subject to a $300 deep cleaning fee. Ionizers available upon request.
Parking: On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Auxiliary parking available.
Day use policy: Club owners not staying at the resort must call prior to arrival to ensure availability for day use. First priority given to resort occupants. Guaranteed/flex owners refer to their association rules.
Deposit required: Upon check-in, each reservation will be charged a $50 deposit for incidentals. Major credit card required.
Other notes: Christmas Mountain Village buildings including, but not limited to, rooms and retail outlets, are non-smoking. Guests may smoke outside on their decks if they so choose, but smoking inside the room is prohibited. To accommodate Mulligan's Bar N' Grill has added a beautiful deck. (All violators will be charged a smoking fee.)
