Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals three generous size bedrooms, including one bedroom with 1-king size bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and a third bedroom with 1-queen size bed, plus a divided loft with 2-full size beds, and a separate sitting area. Just outside the back door is a large deck with an outdoor gas grill (propane provided) and a gazebo covered hot tub...perfect for winding down after a fun day on the mountain. This WIFI, EV Charger-equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Please note there is a $175.00 non-refundable exit cleaning fee.
