1. This unit is right on the beach. You could drop something from the balcony and it will land on the beach. Sit on the balcony and hear the ocean waves

2. This unit has a view of 20 miles in each direction. All units in this complex have a view of the bay. The bayfronts have a view of everything.

3. It is the ultimate in privacy, end unit, top floor (one unit to right, and one below only)

4. Corpus Christi, the largest coastal city in Texas averages 288 sun-filled days a year. Yet Corpus Christi Beach is a quiet sleepy beach just moments away from downtown and its shopping and nightlife.

5. Average temperatures for January are high 66 and low 46.

There is a fish cleaning station on the grounds.

Vacuum cleaner is provided. Anything else needed, just let me know and I will try to provide it (within reason).

The resort is undergoing some remodeling. The pools and beach are fine but the hallway carpet and ceiling tile have yet to be repaired. Siding is being repaired in other buildings. It is just cosmetic repairs. needed.

Inside the room is a special notebook with visitor information and maps to where you might want to go.
