East Bay Bed and Breakfast is one block from Jamestown Village with its shops and restaurants and a 1/2 block from East Ferry Wharf with ferry boats to take you to various stops in Newport and Narragansett Bay. If you prefer to drive, we are only a 10 minute drive over the Newport Bridge to downtown Newport. All rooms have been redecorated since 2004, with each offering a queen size bed, quality linens and bedding, and oriental or needlepoint rugs. All rooms have a private bath accessible from room. Your stay includes homemade breakfast served in our Dining Room from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Donna graduated from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and worked at Dessert Works Bakery and Cafe and the Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston, MA. Greg is an excellent chef in his own right. They bring their love of fine pastry and culinary skills for you to savor each morning as they prepare treats such as apple cinnamon french toast, quiches of all varieties, and pancakes with fresh fruit.
