This drive will take you 30 minutes comute depending on conditions. Our canal-front home, which can be also be accessed by boat, has a bulk-headed dock and boat ramp. It's only a 1500 foot walk to the beach or a 2-minute drive. Our house has some ocean views from the third floor.
