The day starts early for Bruce, our cook. When he arrives at 6:30 am, he relieves the overnight manager and sets up the early coffee in the parlor. Our guests are very diverse -- and there's no telling when they will get up. So we serve breakfast from 8 am to 10 am and guests may come down anytime they wish. (It's so great to get up early and take a walk down the beach before breakfast.) You start with a buffet of fresh-cut fruits, hot muffins, coffee cake, cereals, and a variety of juices, coffee, and tea. When you're ready, Chet or Donna will ask you to choose from our ever-changing daily Set for breakfastentrees like Strawberry Crepes with fresh whipped cream, Tomato Bacon Puff, Cream Cheese-filled Cinnamon Swirl French Toast, or Eggs Benedict. We try to prepare foods from our cookbook for you to try daily.
