Built in 1901 by retired Navy Captain Richard Millen, the Hudson Inn is an excellent example of the Queen Anne style. The Inn still maintains its rich architecture, with details such as: two sets of pocket doors, original Pewabic tile and cast iron wood fireplace, built-in china cabinet, open wood staircase, stained glass, a wrap around front porch with a swing and much more. The original three horse carriage barn houses Captain Millen's maritime weathervane on top of the cupola. The Hudson Inn is decorated with antiques. Each of the five guest bedrooms offer the highest quality "pillow-top" mattresses. As in the Europeon tradition, the Hudson Inn offers both private and shared facilities.
