The Metivier Inn, conveniently located on historic Market Street on Mackinac Island, Michigan, was built by Louis Metivier as a private residence in 1877. Shortly after its 100th anniversary, the current owners remodeled the inn keeping the original French and English influence.
This small lovely country inn offers bedrooms with private baths and efficiency apartments. Antiques and antique reproductions fill the 22 guest rooms, equipped with private baths. Guests are welcome to use our cozy living room with its quaint wood burning stove as well as the spacious comfortable wicker-furnished front porch.
