This is the second floor level to this beautiful private home. Close enough to town but far enough away to have peace and quiet. We are 3 miles from downtown Bar Harbor and we are located in a very secluded neighborhood. the second floor is completely closed off from the downstairs level and private. You have two large living room areas, a kitchen, a master and a spare bedroom, a gorgeous bathroom with a whirpool tub and separate shower, all fully furnished (including towels/sheets, pots and pans, etc., all of which you are responsible for cleaning prior to your departure). You also have access to a small deck out back and half of the large wrap-around porch downstairs, and there is also a BBQ provided if you choose to stay home. We have an extrordinarily large, absolutely beauiful lawn and quite a few gardens, and it is very quiet and peaceful. There is parking (for one vehicle only). While we marked "no pets allowed", we may be able to bend a little on this depending on the situation. There is also local transportation that passes the area multiple times a day to get to downtown without having to worry about parking.
