Our unit is much more beautiful than the pictures show. It is not just a rental unit, it is our second home. We bought it nine years ago, and completely renovated it, from top to bottom. It was recently re-painted, and we had crown molding put in. Everything is new - carpet, window coverings, furniture, art, linens, bedding, cookware, dishware, accessories, etc., to name a few. The view is spectacular and can’t be captured in a photograph. There are outdoor speakers on the lanai, so you may enjoy your favorite music while watching the sunset, or the whales. During the winter months, you can see whales by just looking out the window. The beach is directly across the street. There are stores and restaurants within close walking distance of the condo.
