Our home is situated in the completed, gated community of Sanctuary Westhaven. Our home is an executive villa furnished to the highest standard. It comprises of a Master Bedroom, which has an en-suite with walk in shower and full size bath, the second double bedroom also has an en-suite, with the other two rooms being twin rooms which share the remaining bath room, all bedrooms have DV/TVs, there is also a formal living room and dining area. Our air conditioned home has its own electrically heated pool (charged separately) and spa. Although pool heat is not essential most of the year it can on occasion, prove to be most welcome during the sometimes cooler winter months. The pool looks out onto the Florida orange groves. For the comfort and safety of all guests there is no smoking permitted in the villa. We are situated just 10 minutes from the Magic Kingdom and Disneys other parks. Thirty minutes away are the Universal Studios and Sea World, WET 'n' WILD water park is on International Drive. Especially for the serious shoppers amongst you, it is situated about 35 minutes from world famous designer outlets. Also within 5 minutes of our home for the for the golf lovers is Champions Gate Golf course with many other championship courses within a 20 minute radius.
