Our Naples home is available for rent for Nov 20, 2013 - Jan 3, 2014 and March 15-June 30, 2014. It is 1750 square feet, and is elegantly furnished. It is 2 BR, 2 BA, Living Room, Dining Room, modern Kitchen, well-equipped Den, Garage, and Lanai. Naples is home to a beautiful climate, great restaurants, a beautiful beach, and great golfing (www.worldgolf.com/features/naples-florida-golf-courses-12961.htm). Our home is fully furnished and equipped. You will have full use of both the Melrose Gardens Clubhouse and the larger Berkshire Lakes Clubhouse, with pools and tennis. Each is a 2-3 minute walk from our door step. A 15 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive, takes you to 2 shopping centers. Melrose Gardens is a small subdivision of Berkshire gardens, with one small lane in and out, and is conveniently located at 5 miles from the beach. It is 2 miles from the Naples Airport and close to I-70, only 30 miles from the Southwest Regional Airport. We have reduced the price from $3200 to $2800/month for reservations made before Sept 15. We regret that we cannot accommodate smokers or pets.
