Walk in through the front door into the huge livingroom with 3 highend sofa, 40" TV with cable, DVD/CD player, WIFI, very bright and sunny with loads of original art onthe walls, continue walking and you will be in the diningroom that sits 6 plus people, continue on to the 600 SQ FT kitchen with marble counters, and white acrylic finished cabbinets, this kitchen is fully equiped for 12 people, from cook ware to flat-ware, it has a toaster oven, microwave, oven stove combo, blender, dbl door fridge, counter with two stools, and room for everyone at the same time, continue on and walk into the family room with games, 3 sofas, glass table with 4 chairs, desk, additional 5 chairs to use anywhere you may need them, as you walk out the back door you walk into the back garden with sitting for up to 12 including a queen size outdoor day-bed for reading, snoozing, or just taking in some rays, the garden is also equiped with a BBQ grill, and it has flower beds and palm-trees spread out throughout. This home also has washer and drier available to you if you need it, and it comes with everything you may need for 12 people; soaps, shampoo, towels, lotions, t-paper, paper towels, and complimentary fruit basket, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and peper, spice rack, creamer, etc...
