Our single wide mobile home is located in a 55 gated community. There is a clubhouse and heated pool. We are 45 mi to Disney, 40 to Bush Gardens and 15 to Cypress Gardens. Our home has an attached sunroom with the 2nd bedroom off of it. We have a carport. It comes furnished with a washer and dryer, cable, phone. We have it rented for Jan, Feb and Mar/11, but all other months are available. Nov is one of the nicest months for weather.
