Spacious 2 bedroom/ 1 bath house with attached studio (large second bathroom) on gated property at the edge of Old Town.
6 guests max.
Please, no pets and no kids under 10 years of age.

Large kitchen area, private kidney shaped pool, sun deck, washer / dryer and A/C.

Satelite TV included. The house provides all the necessities . Art work and decorations are minimal but the house is very clean and calming.

Main house has a queen bed, 2 double beds and a bathroom with tub/ shower.
Cottage has a full size bed and bathroom with a walk in shower.

Just a five minute bike ride from Duval and 5 minute WALK from Key West's best (Smather's) beach.
Convenient store and coffee shop closeby for your late night and early morning needs.

We will ONLY rent these 2 weeks, other dates are not negotiable.
