Our vacation home in Cape Coral is located at Rose Garden Area in a beautiful neighborhood.
Itis a great area and El Dorado Pkwy W is a with grass divided road with just local traffic. Most of the streets in this area are ending on a canal so there is not a lot of noise and furthermore the master and one of the guest-bedrooms are facing the garden-area.
There are 3 Bedrooms (1 Master and 2 Guest-bedrooms) 2 of the bedrooms do have a TV.
The home also does have 2 Bathrooms : ones one has a shower and one a bathtub.
We have a nice garden and a great pool area.
We just finished painting the whole house and it is completely new furnished.
