This beautiful city condo is located in a quiet and secluded part of a diverse multicultural residential area in Washington, DC right up the street from the Capitol Hill offices, Downtown DC, and a 5 minute drive to RFK Stadium and the historic Langston Golf Course, which offers full service golfing/range opportunities daily from dusk until dawn!

The DC condo is also close enough to major tourist attractions, but tends to attract patrons who enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle of the rambling tourist areas, while having the luxury of being able to drive and park near major DC attractions for free. Most of our guests for this DC condo drive to the property or take cabs. The nearest metro station is 20 blocks away, but we offer complimentary 24/7 parking at nearby Union Station to accommodate this slight inconvenience for all of our guests.

This unit sleeps up to 8 comfortably and offers 2 bedrooms, one full bath, one queen bed in the master bedroom, one large sectional with queen sofa bed in the living room, and one full sofa bed in the second bedroom, with a desk, computer, and high speed internet access. The sleeping quarters are ideal for families or anyone requiring a fully functional living arrangement.

Union Station is a 5 minute drive away, where there is a movie theater, trendy shops, and diverse food court.
