This vacation home has 3 bedrooms and a separate guest cottage that comes with the rental. The style is Country, with gardens surrounding the house. You will feel at home as soon as you step in the front door. There are large HD televisions with 250 channels via Dish Satellite. There is a large Spa.
The location is excellent for sightseeing in the Bay Area...close to the City, National Parks, 40 minutes from the wine country and nearby there are great restaurants in Mill Valley, Tiburon and Sausalito.
The Rental fee is $285.00 per night for 4 guests and $30.00 per night for additional guests. A $50.00 deposit is required to hold reservations. The rates are all inclusive...no additional fees for cleaning, etc. There is a maximum of 6 guests.
