I rented this property for the week of August 4 - 11, 2012. Due to unforseen business complications, I am unable to travel this week for vacation. I paid close to $1200 for this week including trip insurance. I am asking $1000 to recoup some of my expense. It is completely transferable and I would consider other offers.
