The McWhorter family welcomes you to our beautiful Country Inn, located in the historic downtown area of Anniston, Alabama. As the fourth family to own this Southern home, we are involved in the restorations, additions and traditions. The property has sixty rooms, a fine-dining restaurant, a glass enclosed veranda and a Piano Lounge. Reflecting Queen Anne Victorian architecture, we remain unique with the woodwork, hardware, fireplaces and mantels, and the stained glass original to the property. A true antiquer's paradise! Dinner is served nightly Monday through Saturday and includes our daily seafood creation and the finest beef, pork and poultry served with local produce. Our wine list is extensive and features wines from around the world. Each Room has been uniquely decorated to reflect the ambiance of the Victorian era. Joined to the main house by walkways and gazebos, these rooms open to the courtyard.
