Its 1,440 km (900 miles) coast is washed by the South China Sea on the west and Sulu Sea and Celebes Sea on the East, and is ringed by a scattering of islands. The villa is situated in a rural residential resort, away from the tourist area, nestling in tropical greenery and fronting the South China Sea. It is within fifty yards of a beautiful sandy beach and overlooks amazing views of offshore islands. We have had an ultra state of the art filtration system fitted to the main water supply to the house giving clean and safe drinking water. There is a large garden area complete with sun deck at the back of the house ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and sunset watching.
