April Cottage is the largest at Yetland Farm with three bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to six guests. This lovely family and couple friendly barn conversion has been tastefully decorated throughout and has plenty of charm and character to offer its visitors.

The handy porch on arrival at the cottage is great for storing muddy boots, buckets and spades, whilst the tiled hallway has a range of coat hooks for jackets.

To the left of the entrance is the well-equipped country kitchen. This attractive kitchen has pale green tiles, wood beams and a large window with views over the front courtyard. Appliances in the kitchen include an electric oven with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. A lovely traditional pine table seats up to six for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Towards the rear of the cottage is the large and spacious lounge with two big sofas, relaxing rocking-chair and footstool. There is also an electric wood-burner, and a 32" flat-screen TV with integrated DVD player and Freesat.

Upstairs at April there are three pretty bedrooms. The first is a lovely large double with super king-size bed and ample storage space courtesy of several built-in wardrobes. A double sofa is also a great place to relax and enjoy a book. The two other bedrooms are twins and feature standard pine framed single beds. All three bedrooms share the family bathroom, which is located on the ground floor and is fitted with a bath with hand-held shower attachment, separate shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and loo.
