Sarigerme is famous for its gorgeous sandy beach and beautiful turquoise sea, where several international five-star all inclusives such as Hilton Golf Resort, Magic Life, Pegasus and Iber Otel can also be found. The Sarigerme beach proudly displays the “blue flag” granted only to the cleanest and tidiest beaches in Turkey. The villa is only 15 km away from Dalaman International Airport and 20km to Dalyan and Gocek, two lovely harbor towns, host to Caretta Caretta sea turtles and sailboats from all over the world. Marmaris and Fethiye, two of the liveliest and most international cities of Turkey’s Mediterranean shore, are only one hour driving distance from the villa. “Akdeniz Evleri” is a very well-maintained holiday village with 24/7 security on duty, a swimming pool (and an adjacent one for the children) and a cafeteria. It is located at the Dalaman River which joins the Mediterranean Sea yards from the holiday village. There is a regular boat service from the village which takes the residents to the beach. This service takes 5-7 minutes. There are table tennis tables and volleyball, basketball and soccer fields in the village. The villa is in mint condition. The ground floor has an open living plan, with a kitchen, dining space and living room with fireplace. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. The second floor has three bedrooms (two of them with doors onto a common balcony) and a second bathroom. The third floor has a small attic room and an open terrace. The villa has solar energy panels on the roof which provide ample hot water. The ground floor has a built-in air conditioner/heater. The garden is very well-groomed with pomegranate, orange, lemon, bay leaf and oleaster trees and many colorful flowers. The holiday village has a sizeable non-Turkish population. About 40% of the residents are from Great Britain, Germany, and other parts of central Europe.
