This high end beautiful apt is a 1 bedroom, central AC, 1 1/2 bath with full kitchen and very comfortable living room with pullout sofa bed. It is extremly comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. It's my home when I'm there, you'd love it! Bedroom spec's : Large California King bed, great mattress, very comfy indeed. 42" flat screen TV, cable and DVD player. Master Bath: Jacuzzi tub and shower Kitchen: Full kitchen, glass top stove, full size fridge, microwave, great cooking set up! Large pantry! Living room: Love seat Full sofa/pullout, very comfortable with 36" flat screen TV, cable, DVD player and wet bar. 1/2 bath: Self explanatory. Has its own very private patio/courtyard which you will love, I can send more pics by e-mail if you contact me,.Patio has...Torches a BBQ and is nicely landscaped! Apt is located on the first floor of the main modern three story house.Lawn area through which entry is made is nicely landscaped and manicured! Very very nice place..You will NOT find a nicer high end apt on the island!!! The island:...The island is quite and the scenery is out of this world! Private undisturbed beaches "everywhere" and great local places and adventures to have. You can have a quite time or if you want to get festive, visit the local 'fish fry" and have a good time, have drinks, native foods and meet all the friendly native Bahamians! Go on-line and do a search on George Town Exuma, Bahamas for more information. George Town is the main town 14 miles away. Car Rental: There are car rental locations at the airport, I can arrange a car for you if requested. There is one main road that runs the length of the island and there is no traffic and no stop lights..:-) Sight seeing: I can arrange or forward information on land tours, dive companies, sight seeing and water sport companies. You "must" visit our national sea park there and one of the first in the world, it is beyond belief! Rental cost: There is a 4 day minimum at $250.00 per day. The rate drops to $200.00 for 5 days and up. Rent for 6 days and get one day free! There is a $100.00 cleaning fee added upon booking to clean up after you when you leave! Thats what she costs!..:-) Note: Its pet friendly just keep the sofas covered if you bring them, if you let them make them dirty, you'll need to have them cleaned and cover charges. They are fabric, Also note: This is a fantastic rate, the local hotels, which do not even come close to this comfort level are either, a little less and lousy or comprable or more for much much less! I've stayed in them all, They are kinda sparse and the internet is unreliable or not even in the rooms. My internet is great and I have a King Edward desk for you to sit at, although don't expect the speeds you get in N America, dis is da islands man!... Also note, Exuma, although incredibly beautiful and you will love it, is very expensive when it comes to utilities, house and landscaping maintanance, maid services and basically everything. The only thing cheap on the island is alcohol!..lol. My margin is small, I mostly just want to cover bills.
