Obviously the longer you stay the better the price. Term rates apply. For condo rentals a deposit is required equivelant to the first and last month rental and then each monthly rental is paid at the beginning of each month. The executive condo's are all in prime locations in the best condo buidling's in Chiang Mai. Some are available at a minimum 3 month rental and either 6 or 12 month contracts are the norm and preferred and will get you the lowest rates. If you want to rent housing the home rentals are normally on a yearly basis and we can find for a shorter period but it takes more work. Our lodging accommodations are safe and clean, situated in convenient locations, and best of all they are all affordably priced. So whether you are here by "yourself" or whether you are here in "a group" we have short and long term lodging accommodations available for you. Prices vary according to location, facilities, size and type of accommodations. We have very nice apartments that we book for our clients as soon as they become available for only 3,200 baht a month and spacious 3 bed, 3 bath, 3 balcony luxury condo's for 40,000 baht a month which are suited for the large family, small group or several families sharing.
