Living in this villa you have nature just around the corner. You can easily reach the seafront in a 10 minutes walk and there is a lovely nature preserve with forests and fields for picnics and long walks. Just close by (5 minutes with car) you can get on a boat to explore the beautiful archipelago of Stockholm. If you wanna spend your days in Stockholm City just take the bus a five minutes walk from the house. It will take you to Slussen in fifteen to twenty minutes. With a car you do the same trip in fifteen minutes. Within two kilometers from the house you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bakery and emergency room/hospital. The villa is situated on a sunny hill with a garden. There is also a parking area for three cars. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with two beds each, a bathroom, a very modern kitchen with a fire place and a living room with a terrace outside. Here you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with two beds, a guest toilet and a laundry room with a new wash machine and a tumbler drier.
