This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex apartment is bright and spacious and perfect for a family holiday.
Located in the wonderful resort of Burgau, the pretty beach is just a few minutes walk away and cafes, restaurants and local shops are also within close proximity of the apartment.

The apartment is located within a private condominium with a communal swimming pool. There is an allocated parking space in the car park although a car is not essential to enjoy your stay here.

Entering the apartment (access is via stairs) the living area is tastefully furnished and has dining table with 6 chairs, comfortable sofa, flat screen TV with some English speaking channels, a feature fireplace and hot/cold air conditioning.

There is a great south facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool which is furnished with table, chairs and a small charcoal BBQ.

The modern kitchen has integrated stainless steel electric oven, dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer and an electric hob with extractor fan. You will also find all the necessary pans, utensils to enjoy a self-catering stay, together with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over. The second bedroom has twin single beds and there is a separate shower room. Both these bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning and patio doors opening on to a balcony.

Stairs lead from the living area to the large mezzanine where there is a double bed an additional bathroom with shower cubicle and private terrace.

Wi-fi is available via a mobile device which is sufficient to check emails, Facebook etc but not for streaming live TV or playing on-line games. You can re-charge the device, if required or if you use all the allocated allowance.

Bed linen and towels are provided. If your stay is for more than 8 nights, we offer a mid-stay light clean with towel/linen change.
