The space Our simple but elegant fully airconditioned house is situated in one of the subdivision inside Ciudad de Calamba near Batino and CPIP. Has one big lovely air conditioned room ( 2 bedrooms converted into 1 bedroom) with 1 queen size bed and 1 double size bed. Very quiet and with round the clock security guard. Arrangement can be made for transfer to/from airport in Manila (NAIA) with advance notice. Guest access Guest are free to access the entire house. Guests are free to use the following: -free internet access - free use of kitchen, dining area and utensils - with free coffee and tea - free use of parking space -with balcony and receiving area - with access to roof deck to unwind and feel the cool weather - with hot and cold shower -free to access in all the appliances inside the house but make sure to use it with care.
