Beautiful sunsets,4 private beaches right below the house (a 3 minute walk) and without all the noise of town. Monkeys,parrots,Exotic birds and jungle surfing the property. A big pool and deck overlooking the ocean and jungle makes relaxing quiet and peaceful. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a "Queen Bed" and the "Studio Apartment" has a "Queen Bed" and a "Single Bed". Another "Single Bed" can be added to either bedroom on the 2nd floor if needed. Plenty of shade and Hammocks and a lot of seating for everyone in they "Indoor/outdoor house"..Surfing beaches are 20 minutes North or South. Local cells are included to make things easier for you. The owner lives onsite in a "fully equipped" "Private Unit" on the 3rd floor,separate from the house. he is there to help you with everything you need,but will not be visible unless you need for anything. There is a dog on site named "Chucho" who everyone loves. He gets better reviews on TripAdvisor than I do. Tours,transportation,Real Estate,surfing,shopping,fishing,etc. can all be set up thru the owner to make your stay "nice and easy"..San Juan Del Sur is only 5 minutes away,but we get "no noise" from town here because there is big hill,with a HUGE Jesus Statue overlooking SJDS, which blocks all the noise.
