Casa Rio is a house and studio casita located inside a gated resort called Hacienda Iguana on the southern Pacific coast of Nicaragua. The house is nestled in a tropical wooded oasis alongside a small river that terminates at Colorado Beach in 500 feet, which boasts the best surfing in all of Central America. The house also has an expansive back deck with a very private in ground pool. The house and casita have fully equipped kitchens and A/C in all bedrooms. Our housekeeper takes care of all laundry needs and will furnish all meals for an extra cost.
