They are still manufactured today in Guadalajara, by hand, using the same techniques. You will appreciate the hand crafted talavera tiles line the walls of the kitchen as you enjoy modern conveniences like an induction burner, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and blender. You can still see where the openings in the ceiling were that allowed smoke to escape from the wood burning stove tops from yesteryear. For your convenience the kitchen is also equipped with cook ware and utensils, as well as plates dishes and flatware. The bathrooms have talavera tiles as well as hand painted sinks. The Suite San Francisco bathroom has dual sinks and a bathtub to sit and soak.
