This is a gorgeous home located in a beautiful private development with a pool and garden. The house is completely furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and a roof garden. The master bedroom has a matrimonial bed, armoire, television, and it's own private bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed, armoire, and television and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The kitchen is ready to go, with an oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, salt and pepper, oil, coffee and coffeemaker. Each bathroom has soap and toilet paper and there are towels for bathing. Bedsheets and blankets are provided for the beds. Free wifi and cable tv included! Also, there is a cleaning service provided for those looking to stay longer than a weekend getaway. The house is located about 7 minutes from the center of San Miguel de Allende, with easy access to public transportation for getting around this beautiful city. We are located about 5 minutes from the golf club and 10 minutes from "las aguas termales" (hot springs).
