The staircase gives you access to the U shaped roof top terrace equipped with BBQ corner, outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrella, round table set. You will enjoy the magnificent view of the west coastline from morning to sunset. Total surface area of both floors combined is 141 square meters.

The appartement is found on the west coast of Mauritius at the entrance of Flic en flac in a secure residential area called Les Résidences Saint Jacques. It is part of a complex residence sharing a swimming pool, green space and parking together with only 8 other appartments. Common residential agreement terms and conditions apply.

Beaches around
Flic en flac wide beach is only 5 minutes drive away. Restaurants, pubs, supermaket, label shops and activities such as horse riding or diving are easily within reach.

The bay of Tamarin with its beautiful fine sandy beach is just 15 minutes drive away. You can surf its waves or learn how to surf at Tamarin hotel surf school. Observing resident dolphin pods on a peaceful morning, all day sunbathing, surf shopping or even trying local fast food will help you enjoy.

If you decide to know more about this southwest mountain tip called Le Morne, hit the road for another 20 minutes drive. Its turquoise peaceful lagoon will enchant you. Sunset cruise, catamaran trip, snorkelling, kite surfing, water skiing, wind surfing, spa retreats, horseriding will adjust to your relaxation there, all offered by its beach boathouse and hotels around.
