With 4.5 acres, 1.5 of which are on the beautiful Negril seaside, we have enough space among our eight cottages to host twenty guests while maintaining a feeling of intimacy, privacy, and tranquility. Authentic Jamaican breakfasts are prepared for you every morning, and a light afternoon snack is provided. Other meals can be prepared for you upon request. Our guests have full use of our gourmet kitchen and dining areas allowing them to experience the joy of shopping, cooking and living in a foreign country. Take in the beauty of our tropical gardens from the shade of your veranda or enjoy just wandering the grounds. Enter our seaside through a garden of flowers, almond trees, and cacti. We are close enough to town to enjoy restaurants, take in the nightlife, and wander Negril�s 7 mile beach, yet far enough from the crowds to enjoy complete privacy in your own slice of paradise. Tingalayas is an ideal location for larger family groups, weddings, retreats and other special events. We have a wedding gazebo on-site as well as a recently built yoga house.
