The Village Rosehall is a 2 bedroom condo situated in Montego Bay Rosehall in Jamaica. It is perfectly situated giving you wonderful sea views of the Caribbean Sea accompanied by fresh sea breezes. The Village Rosehall was recently built in the last eight years so is completely modern. The property itself is is lovely and spacious sporting an open plan living room and with the property being a bungalow it is completely wheel chair accessible. The kitchen is fully equipped and is also open plan. There are two bedrooms one with a sea view both have double beds and one lovely bathroom which has both a shower and a bath. The property sleeps 4 comfortably but for a small extra charge a fifth adult can be accommodated. The hot water for the property is heated by a solar powered generator. The property is fully air conditioned and we also have wifi installed. Cable TV is also installed plus we have a bluetooth surround sound system so you can play music via a smart phone or tablet. There is a lovely secure gated garden with drive way so the property is also children friendly as wheel accessible. There is a 24 hour response security system installed and CCTV. Pets are not allowed and the property is no smoking but we do allow smoking on the porch and garden area.
