"Nereid" is an ideal homeholiday for a group of 4-6 people who want to relax and spend some 'time at sea, easily reached on foot (200 mt). The entrance leading to the house is crossed by a small street that arrives at the main gate which can be closed and locked during the night. There is a large outdoor area used as parking for three cars. Two gazebos are placed in a shaded area with two tables for 12 people, a place to eat al fresco, next to a beautiful lawn, adorned with plants, flowers and fruit trees. The house comes with a large dining room with kitchen area equipped with table and 6 chairs, double sink, refrigerator and freezer, gas cooker and oven, equipped with table linen and crockery. To the right of the dining room is a small 2-seater sofa comfortable. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double bedroom with chest of drawers, wardrobe and closet and a room that has two large single beds that can be adapted into a double bed and a dresser. The rooms are served by a full-service bath and shower. All rooms are well furnished and airy. At the rear of the house there is a barbecue area with stove and sink, behind which is installed an outside shower to cool off constantly. A small path leads to a dependence: a double bedroom equipped with a dresser, closet and bathroom with shower. The other room is a kitchen with wood-burning oven. The whole area is well lit and a nice green landscape will be at your leisure. The fee is including the consumption of electricity and gas supply.
