Casa Carla is a charming two-room apartment recently restored situated in Villaggio del Borgo, a small village that has kept alive the beauty and tradition of stone buildings. The apartment consists of two connecting rooms: a living area and a double bedroom. The colours of the walls help to define the environments in a harmonious light and shade effect. The combination of modern lines and renovated wooden furniture, typical of the local tradition, creates a very cosy atmosphere. The presence of a large French window onto the garden makes the apartment very bright. Thanks to two tables, one in the walkway and the larger one under the broad parasol in the back garden, guests could enjoy private moments of outdoor dining. Located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, it has a private walkway, which in spring welcomes its guests with an intense scent of jasmine, and a small rear garden surrounded by green bushes and aromatic herbs. Casa Carla also has a private garage inside the residential complex and a beach with annexed garden, in common with the other residents of Villaggio del Borgo, which lies just a few metres from the house and will regenerate guests contemplating the lake and the mountains that surround it and chilling in the cool and quiet lake waters. The accommodation benefits from sunlight until late in the day as it is located on the eastern shore of the Lake. The beautiful promenade along the banks will allow guests to appreciate the landscape at evening, when the Lake is enhanced by many lights reflected in it. Wonderful are the small villages lit in the western shore, more wooded and “wild”, that stand out in the dark of night. Ideal for couples, it can also host a child thanks to the sofa-bed or, if need, of a camping cot for children up to 4 years. Animals are welcome!
