Villa Shalizar is a house-villa located in the village Kiakalaye, near the city Langarud, in the province Gilan of Iran.

Villa Shalizar had been inhabited by one of the landlords of the village. After his death, the house was modernised and renovated by his children and has been rented as a vacation rental. Villa Shalizar is registered by the Iranian Cultural Heritage, Handcrafts and Tourism Organization, as is rated as an "Excellent" rental vacation.

The house is 180 m2, within a 654m2 garten of Citrus trees. It has two bedrooms (a small and a big one), a living room, a dinning room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace. The whole house is ready-furnished.
