Idyllic, that's where you'll find us. We are lucky to have some of the finest ingredients on our doorstep - Guernsey is renowned for its seafood: lobsters, crab, scallops, bass and turbot. Our own gardens supplement the local supplies of fresh vegetables and herbs.
