Stable cottage, in the village of Boufflers, retains many of its old features - such as exposed beams - but at the same time has modern day comforts and standards. The accommodation is all on one level, which makes it suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Electric radiators are fitted in all the rooms for the cooler months, along with a log burner in the spacious lounge. Entering the cottage, you come into a large sitting/dining roomwith plenty of comfortable seating and a built-in log fire. There is a television with Sky Freeview and a DVD-player with a selection of DVDs. The open-plan dining area includes a well-equipped French-style kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, kettle and electric coffee maker. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs, a selection of board games and a music centre with a CD-player and radio. From the main room, a door leads to the utility area where there is a sink, a washing machine, an ironing area and a refrigerator. Double doors lead you out onto the veranda and into the large garden, with lovely views over the countryside. The garden is equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and a selection of outdoor games Another door from the main room opens into the hall, which leads to the bathroom and the two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed, the other has two single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided (supplied weekly). A baby cot and a high chair are available on request The bathroom has a bath, a WC, a hand basin and a separate shower cubicle. There are some excellent beaches just 40 minutes away, including the wide sandy beaches of Le Touquet, Berck and Fort Mahon.
