Studio Apartment „Mate“ is situated in the very center of historical town Split It is only a few minutes away from UNESCO-listed Diocletian's Palace. Rising above Studio Apartment Mate is the Marjan, a tree covered hill which affords superb views over the city and which provides six square km of parkland for recreational sports . Since apartment is in the center grocery shops bars, cafes ,juice bar and restaurants are only across street .Green market in which you can buy all healthy food (fruits and vegetables) on Croatian called “Pazar” is only 5-10 minutes away from the apartment. Also, a restaurant for vegetarians is only a 5 minutes away. In local fish market you can buy the best fish ,freshly caught from Adriatic sea ,it too, is less than 5 minutes away. Famous Riva is less than 2 minutes away .The Main Bus and Train Station, as well as the Ferry Port with links to nearby islands, are at a distance of 500 m. Split Airport is 20 km away. Studio Apartment Mate is also 10m away from see and very close to the local beaches .Most famous of them is sandy beach Bacvice which has Blue Flag (eco-label award) and is close to all the other local beaches (less than 20 minutes on foot ). Apartment offers three air-conditioned (heating)rooms(kitchen/dinning room/living room joined in one , bedroom and bathroom). Kitchen is suitable and equipped for cooking all kinds of meals .It has: oven ,fridge ,toaster, cutlery etc. Apartment offers free Wi-Fi and cable TV ,and for longer stays free change of bed linens and towels. In the apartment you have different maps, brochures and tourist guides which will help to get around town with ease. Apartment is on the first floor of a house built entirely out of stone. It has separated entrance.It also has free parking on premise 2-3 minutes from apartment but since it is the town center it will be a bit harder to find a empty space but around 10 minutes from apartment is also free parking which usually has space.Pets are allowed but please when booking say that you are bringing one and the breed of your pet.Also,you provide your pets necessities.Smoking is allowed.
