We would love to find a long term renter for our Hobbit House. It is a one bedroom two bath home with a covered patio. We are asking $800 a month and this includes electric, water, wifi, and pool service. It is in a jungle setting but still close to Ojochal and a 4x4 is not needed. It is paved road from the airport to the house except for the last 500 meters. It is walking distance to the grocery store and only 20 minutes to Uvita which has banks and shopping. It is 5 minutes from the nearest beach and 6 beaches are within 30 minutes.
