Located in the Pacific Northwest region (Guanacaste province) of Costa Rica in Playas del Coco (estimated population 2,500), our condo is one of only 17 units in the development known as Vista Perfecta II.

PLEASE NOTE: For those who may not be physically able, Vista Perfecta II has two sets of stairs at the entrance leading up to the property itself; it was designed this way to maximize the ocean views.


Getting to town:
The majority of accommodation choices in Playas Del Coco require some walking to get to town and the beach. From Vista Perfecta II, it's a five-minute drive (approximately $4 by taxi) but it's also an easy and safe 1.4 mile walk.

Shopping:
The Mega Super grocery store is only three minutes away by taxi (approximately $3) where you'll find a clean, modern store will all the items you'll need including an abundance of fresh fruit like mango, pineapple, and papaya. At the same complex, you'll find a bank with an ATM that provides both USD and local Colones, a coffee shop, and more. Downtown Coco offers plentiful shopping along with two additional grocery stores, numerous restaurants, and fun nightlife.
