Our 1,600 Sq Ft 2 bedroom condo is located within the 2500 acre Reserva Conchal project at Playa Conchal in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. We are very secure with limited access through the front gate and private security for our condo project. It has a full kitchen and laundry in the unit, and access to the Reserva Conchal Beach Club on site. Wireless internet is fast, English and Spanish cable TV are free. It is a second home, so travel can be flexible. There are several steps from the street down to the unit. The terrace opens onto the 3rd tee of the Reserva Conchal Golf Course (Robert Trent Jones II designed). Local villages of Brasilito, Potrero and bustling Tamarindo are all within 5-20 minutes driving and have many options for dining. Fishing, sunset sails, eco-tourism and just hanging on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are your daily decisions. The International airport at Liberia is 45 minutes away.
