The main house has 2 bedrooms with AC, a loft space with two single beds, a living/dining area, a kitchen and a veranda. There are two other small houses (“chalets”) with double beds. One of these has an attached bathroom, kitchen and veranda, as well as another double bed. There is an additional outside dining/cooking area with a barbecue, as well as a deck and small swimming pool.
Groundskeeper/housekeeper/security on site.
Maximum occupancy is 12 persons, as there are 4 double beds and 4 singles.
The house is 200 meters from the beach on the edge of a lake. It sits on a 2000m2 lot with grass and trees.
Daily rate is US$150 (April-October) and US$200 (November-March)
