The properties are modern and well maintained, We also have furnished and unfurnished properties available. The houses are decorated and painted internally and externally and have all the utilities including WiFi. Parking available and there is a regular bus service. Very Near Santa Familia Village. Shops are just minutes away where you can purchase just about anything including gasoline.

At Moe's Place we provide private riverside modern houses, accommodation in a safe and secure Belizean and western managed environment.

The houses offered is a minimum of 160 sq ft to 336 sq ft, furnished or semi furnished to suit various level of need with a open plan studio design Kitchenette, en suite, soft furnishings, bed, dining area, of street parking and weekly laundry service.

We also accommodate single persons and couples who are seeking unfurnished accommodation.
