Our condo offers a 14th floor spectacular oceanfront view. This is a totally non-smoking unit. We are new owners and have just had it painted and done some minor remodeling. Our condo sleeps 6, and is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and bunks in the hall. There are blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room, for those who don't want to wake up with the sunrise. It has a full kitchen completely stocked with everything you'll need. Just bring your food and paper products. There is a full size washer and dryer and dishwasher. There is a wardrobe in the living room for guests sleeping in there, and the hall bunks have drawers and foot lockers for the kids things. The property has free wifi, tennis courts, 2 huge oceanfront pools, 1 seasonally heated, 2 baby pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub, sauna, exercise room, showers, game room, small store, small onsite restaurant, and a tiki bar. We have also included 1 free set of beach chairs/umbrella service for our renters.
