Bedrooms have flat screen televisions. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom, living room and veranda. Bedrooms have separate A/C thermostats. There is a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and counter-top appliances, including a 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, blender and electric can opener. Outdoor grills are available. Dining area has seating for 6. Living room has a 50" wall mounted flat screen television and a new queen sleeper sofa. There is a washer/dryer within unit as well as an iron and ironing board. The property is located on the more secluded area (away from the large resorts/ hotels) of Seven Mile Beach. There are a number of thatched huts and large umbrellas on the beach for some shade. "Cemetery Reef", a protected marine park, is a 10 minute walk or swim away. Discovery Point Club has a wonderful managerial staff, always eager to help in any way possible. All payments will be handled through the manager's office. Daily house cleaning is included in the rate (Sundays and holidays-linens exchange and trash removal only). There are outdoor showers on the beach as well as an area to rinse and dry scuba gear. There are 2 tennis courts and basketball hoops. Full service supermarkets and pharmacies are close by as well as numerous restaurants serving every type of cuisine imaginable, many established by world famous chefs.
