We live in Belgium and have traveled a lot to Florida. We've finaly decided to buy a property in the Orlando area. Our house hunt has been pretty tough as we were really demanding : a good location (close to the theme parks), a good community (executive level), a nice view (no rear neighbours), good amenities (tennis, beach volley, pool,...) and of course, a great house. And we've found it! It was love at first sight! Our villa is very spacious (5 bedrooms, one bonus room, 4 bathrooms - about 2350 heated sqft) and perfect for holidays with family and friends. Kids will love the pool, the game room, the Disney room, the video games. Adults will enjoy the privacy, the extended pool deck, the comfort of our house and the proximity to all theme parks and shopping facilities. Walt Disney World is at about 13 minutes drive and the first Publix is at 1 minute from Hampton Lakes.
