The vacation villa is ideally located in Clermont (Lake County) in the area of Orlando. We are located at only 15 min. from Disney in the peaceful community of Clear creek. The house has 4 bedrooms with private pool. Occupancy up to 10 persons is possible. AC equipped and fully furnished. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and garden tub. In the two twins bedrooms, there are two single beds each. The forth bedroom has a double bed. There is as full family bathrom with tub/shower. The house may easily welcome two or three (small) families. Lots of space, with a large family room to rest after a day in Disneyworld and a large separate dining room to have dinner with the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with micro-wave, dishwasher, freezer, oven, and everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. The family room has a door to the covered lanai giving a view on the pool and the quiet conservation land so that you are not overlooked. Private pool with patio table and sun beds for sunbathing and enjoy the pool under the heat of Florida. Extra fee of $20 a day for pool heating (with a minimum of 3 consecutive days) if required. I advise it for the period from October to May. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer and also an ironing board with iron. We have two parking places in front of the house and a 2-cars garage if you don't want to lay your car exposed to the sun during the day.
